Shipping policy

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom or pre-owned golf clubs may require additional inspection and cleaning before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
We currently ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times: Canada: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@luckyloopergolf.com]. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

International Shipping
We’re working on expanding to US and international shipping soon! For now, orders outside Canada aren’t available.
